Paid Account Director job in London

4Ps Marketing, part of the NetBooster Group, are looking for a senior, experienced digital specialist who is able to own and drive projects and campaigns from start to completion and pull together multiple digital specialists to deliver a truly integrated digital product.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in managing performance digital marketing campaigns with a solid understanding of PPC, Display, Social Media and Affiliate Marketing and how these integrate within the entire digital mix.  You will have experience working on large scale PPC accounts (multiple accounts, markets, above £1m per year in ad spend).

As well as demonstrating a passion for the sector, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • confident and convincing presentation skills

  • a willingness to constructively challenge colleagues, other agencies and clients alike

You will have direct input into paid search advertising campaigns and strategies for NetBooster’s established client base, and will be expected to take responsibility for your own work and outcomes. This is the ideal role for someone looking to build upon their current paid media experience with a fast moving, international organisation.

Location: St James Park, London

Start Date: April/May 2017.

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience + benefits (see below). Please note that the salary specified above will be pro rata for part time or fixed term contracts.

Contract: Permanent, full time contract subject to satisfactory completion of a 3 month probationary period, after which there is a 3 month notice period.
