Account Executive
Location: Dubai
Goal: To support the account management teams to ensure effective and efficient maintenance of clients’ search marketing campaigns. To assist the Account Management team to exceed customer expectations by developing and growing accounts via optimisation using bespoke software packages.
Reporting to: Operations Director
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- To gain an deep understanding of the digital marketing industry;
- Assist with the administration work involved in acquiring and allocating new budget from the client to the search engines.
- Support the Account Management in managing the account’s budget throughout the month via collating relevant information and keeping system up to date.
- Support the Account Management team on editorial, reporting activites surrounding the client account
- Daily housekeeping checks for each account within the team while providing feedback to the Account Management team on any potential problems. This will include:
- Logging into each search engine to check the account is online.
- Checking that the Best Practice is being adhered to.
- Conduct audits on existing accounts to spot for any anomalies or potential areas of growth, such as:
- New products that can be added from the website.
- Landing pages that are not working correctly resulting in URLs needing to be updated.
- Top performing keywords that can be developed further to add growth to the account.
- The monitoring and policing of trademarks on each engine according to the relevant trademark policy
- To communicate effectively with other team members and provide feedback where necessary;
- Maintain records as appropriate and ensure all related documents are filed in an orderly manner;
- To maintain and update records relating to working practices and procedures for use by other team members;
- Travel to industry events where applicable;
- To pursue continuing professional development in relation to the role and its duties and responsibilities as agreed through appraisals or at other times;
- To undertake ad hoc assignments from time to time and other duties as requested by management;
- To bring to the attention of the marketing and technical teams any PR, marketing opportunities or industry developments that may arise as a result of your work;
- To understand and ensure the full observation of your contract of employment, the companies operating procedures and policies and its health and safety obligations.

- Works alongside Account Managers and Senior Account Managers
- Works with reporting, editorial and implementation teams
