Social-Media Account Manager
we are looking for a team player who is also motivated and experienced in the area of Search-Engine-Marketing / Online-Marketing. You ought to be well grounded in MS-Office, and should be skilled in dealing with customers. For the support of national as well as international campaigns you ought to be well grounded in spoken and written English, be communicative as well as working well in a team.
Furthermore, you possess a high level of numerical comprehension, are dutiful and can apply your skills professionally.
Ideally you have finished a commercial apprenticeship in addition with further training or have finished commercial studies.
Your responsibilities:
- Development and care of customer contacts
- Initiation of new cooperation contacts
- Dialogue development with relevant target groups in the area of Social-Media (e.g. Facebook, Twitter)
- Conception, planning and realisation of Social-Media campaigns
- Customer management: care and consultancy of customers
- Editorial management of communities, blogs and forums
- Research and creation of online articles
- Coordination of Web- and Social-Media-Screenings
- Selective monitoring of relevant communities, blogs and forums
- Developing ideas for the optimisation of Online PR
- Contact person concerning all questions in terms of Social-Media
- Agency management
- Budget management and budget planning
- Analysis and data evaluation of current campaign progression
- Presentations
Your requirements:
- Academic degree in marketing, communication studies, online journalism or a comparable apprenticeship
- At least 2 years of professional work experience
- Professional application of MS-Office
- Experiences in the areas of Social-Media and Online-Marketing
- Professionelle Erfahrung im Umgang mit Web 2.0 Themen (Xing, Facebook, Twitter, Blogging)
- Professional experiences in dealing with web 2.0 issues (Xing, Facebook, Twitter, Blogging)
- Broad grasp of online user typologies as well as of Online Marketing user behavior
- Know-how and a keen sense of the internet branche and its trends
- Reliable sense of style and good copywriting skills including target-group-specific wording
- Fluent in spoken and written German and English
- Experienced in dealing with customers
