Reputation-Management (REP) describes an instrument, which can by means of the metapeople developed technology "socialyzer" monitor criticism, opinions and comments on a topic, a brand or a company seen on the internet (Social-Media-Monitoring).
Through analysis and evaluation, as well as responding to posts, comments, blog entries and much more, the reputation of the brand and company can be retained and even be improved.
The REP incorporates concretely:
- Monitoring of results to keywords on specified platforms
- Analyze collected information and use of relevant trends
- Evaluation and processing of customer reactions
- Active communication (active / reactive) over defined platforms
- Screening the competitors at specified platforms
