The Bundesverband Digitale Wirtschaft e.V., in short BVDW, annually awards quality certificates to Search Engine Marketing providers in the field of Search-Engine-Marketing (SEA) and Search-Engine-Optimization (SEO).
The agencies have to meet specific quality standards and can apply every year for one or both certificates. Those will be awarded for the duration of one year. The agencies specialized in Search-Engine-Marketing commit to meet the specific quality standards, which can be looked up in the criteria of the particular certificate. Some of the criteria are the providers operation methods, the customer satisfaction and the engagement within the market.
